Your choice
You opt in by ticking the optional, initially unticked box on the patient sign-up form on a staff tablet or your phone. Consent is not a condition of receiving services. See how patients opt in.
Rates and frequency
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Cancel or get help
Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out and no further program texts. Reply HELP for help. Contact info@nuhealthreach.com or 1-888-230-6191. If your mobile number changes, please contact us.
